Led by registered dietitian and fitness instructor, Sydney Nitzkorski, this workshop will provide an overiew of a holistic program designed by an orthopedic surgeon and a registered dietitian to help optimize your health at home.
The Complete Bone and Joint Health Plan includes anti-inflammatory recipes, exercises, calcium requirements, and common mistakes most Americans make with their diets, as well as clear answers to common questions, including what to ask when you visit your doctor. This workshop will include some very light exercise and balance work, so wear clothes and shoes you can move in.

About the Instructor:
Sydney Nitzkorski, MS, RD, CSSD has been a registered dietitian and fitness instructor for over 2 decades. She received her B.A. from Brown University and her M.S. from Columbia University in nutrition and exercise physiology. She currently runs her own private practice and has taught over 700 30-minute Zoom fitness classes for all levels since she started in 2020.
She works part-time at Marist University providing nutrition counseling for the athletic department. She has co-written a book on bone and joint health with an orthopedic surgeon, called The Complete Bone and Joint Health Plan. The book features education, recipes and exercises and was was released in May 2025. Sydney has been featured in Sports Illustrated, the reality TV show Growing Up Gotti, The New York Post, CNN.com, FitnessMagazine.com, Marie Claire, Real Simple, Jane magazine, the Anatomy of Exercise and the Anatomy of Strength Training, and has been a guest on the podcast EnRitched Menopause.
