A Teach-in for These Times

Panel entitled “Yearning for Justice & Peace in the Holy Land, A Teach-in for These Times” will be held at the United Methodist Church, 1 Grove St. in New Paltz. Historical background and personal stories will be presented to promote peace and justice, rather than anger and helplessness. Panelists are: Lori Wynters – SUNY New Paltz Jewish Chaplain; Mark Hammel – Psychologist, IDF Veteran, and Israeli citizen; Razan Sadeq-Keyes – Jordanian Palestinian artist and mother. Co-sponsors: Jewish Voice for Peace (Hudson Valley and Westchester), Middle East Crisis Response, Women in Black New Paltz, Veterans for Peace.
