Peter is sitting on a park bench reading a book. Jerry enters: “I’ve been to the zoo.”
In honor of our 25th birthday, let’s start the year with our very first pub-reading ever.
The Zoo Story kicked things off at an Irish pub in New York’s West Village (called Mr. Dennehy’s), and then in Tivoli (formerly The Black Swan) in 2009. We’ve read it a few times since and fully produced it with a rotating cast in 2011. Now it’s time to experience this modern classic – and a Tangent classic – once again.
