“Honor-A-Veteran” ceremony – Dutchess County’s monthly ceremony will honor the first female veteran since the program launch​ed in April. U.S. Air Force Sergeant Michele Kinsell will be remembered and honored at S.W. Johnson Engine Company No. 2, 5 School Street, Wappingers Falls. A former East Fishkill resident, Sgt. Kinsell became the first female Aerospace Ground Equipment Repairman at Beale Air Force Base in California, among her various achievements. This event is always a moving remembrance of veterans who have served our nation and called Dutchess County home.
