Position Overview:
Stockade Works is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Program Manager to oversee and support the delivery of the Stockade Works Access Youth (SWAY) program, as well as other program areas as needed. This role reports to the Stockade Works Program Director and requires excellent project management, communication, and logistical skills to ensure the execution of educational and professional development initiatives. Although a temporary part-time position, it has the potential to become a full-time, permanent role at Stockade Works.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the Stockade Works Access Youth (SWAY) program:

Develop the annual schedule of SWAY in collaboration with the Program Director.

Liaise with the district staff and school teachers.
-
Recruit, hire, and manage SWAY instructors.
-
Assist Program Director with creating and updating new curriculum as needed as well as program assets such as study guides, handouts and classroom presentations.

Procure materials and supplies needed for SWAY and track expenses against the SWAY budget.

Serve as the SWAY coordinator in the classroom.

Conduct program evaluation and create program reports.

As needed, assist the Program Director with marketing, outreach, and securing of new SWAY contracts.
As timing allows and the position grows, additional responsibilities may include:

Career Awareness program oversight:
-
Assist the Program Director in developing strategic goals for Career Awareness.

Identify strategic Career Awareness opportunities with community and educational partners.

Create and update materials for the Career Awareness events based on the target audience.

Oversee Stockade Works Ambassador program, selecting volunteers and maintaining a strong ambassador roster of graduates to support Career Awareness events.

Track and analyze data related to outreach and populations serve.

Collaborate with the Program Director to support the delivery of Core Programs (Workshops, Bootcamps, and Fellowships):

Manage program preparation, including instructor outreach and hiring, curriculum development, securing workshop locations and community partners, participant interviews and selection, and procuring supplies, equipment, and insurance.

Develop and produce program assets such as study guides, handouts, and classroom presentations.

Manage logistics of Core Programs, supervising volunteers and on-site coordinators, setting up and breaking down workshops, participating as a Stockade Works representative during the workshops, and building relationships with the trainees.

Manage the wrap-out of programs, surveying participants, conducting post-mortem debriefing meetings.

Ensure the Administrative & Development Assistant properly tracks data and updates the graduate database.

Ensure the Administrative & Development Assistant properly tracks and updates equipment and inventory across all programs, including SWAY.

In collaboration with the Program Director, manage the delivery of Mentorship & Career Services:

Plan and deliver events for graduates, creating the programmatic run-of-show, securing space and speakers, and procuring necessary materials, delegating tasks such as communications and registration to Communications Consultant or Administrative & Development Assistant.

Organize and manage the ambassador program across all core, career awareness, crew meet-up programs and initiatives.
- Survey graduates, ensuring the updating and tracking of graduate data.
- Support the team with other responsibilities in fundraising, marketing, and events as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

A strong commitment to Stockade Works’ mission and values, with an emphasis on access and inclusion across the entire organization.

Knowledge of training development and program delivery.

Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet, etc.) and comfort with cloud technology and platforms, including Airtable and Canva.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Event planning, program administration, community work, volunteer coordination, or teaching.

Strong relationship development and management skills with a focus on network-building.

Adaptability and flexibility in a growing, entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment.

A valid driver’s license and regular access to a vehicle, with a willingness to travel to sites for program activities.

A minimum of 3 years of related work experience
