Julie Maresco is a Correspondent Docent with the DAR Museum in Washington DC.
She works for the Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation as a Historic Preservation Analyst in the State Historic Preservation Office on Peebles Island.
She will be talk about the Masterpiece Quilts from the DAR Museum Collection which provides an overview of some of the masterpiece quilts held in the museum’s collection and the women who created them. The quilt collection is focused on quilt techniques and designs from the 18th and 19th centuries.
