ATTENTION PHOTOGRAPHERS,
PROFESSIONAL & AMATEUR
Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome will be hosting a night photo event on NOVEMBER 2, 2024. This is a rare opportunity to photograph the vintage aircraft at the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome. Night engine-run photo shoots have become very popular with aviation photographers and are a unique way to look at aircraft. The resulting photos are dramatic, simple and clean.
Six aircraft will be positioned and lighted for a night engine run. The aircraft will be lighted one at a time with continuous source LED’sand run for approximately eight minutes each. This is ample time to photograph each aircraft from all angles and get that “disceffect” of the turning propeller.
About the Coordinator:
Tom Pawlesh will be leading and lighting this night event. Tom is a retired airline pilot with a lifetime love of aviation andphotography, when he wasn’t flying airplanes he was photographing them.
