Get ready for the slippery season ahead! Wet leaves, ice and snow, uneven sidewalks — these are all challenges to navigate no matter your age. Nancy Needle combines elements to create a class focused on toe work, balance, standing poses, wall-assisted moves, strength-training, flexibility, eye gaze, and more. This is a pilot class, with a possibility of continuing through the fall and winter.
