RHCC serves all residents and visitors of northern Dutchess County, and everyone who comes through our door is welcome. Our Center is buzzing with 600+ weekly visits from people attending 25+ programs, workshops, and events.  Our vibrant Center is a place where:

• Toddlers play and meet their first friends

• Youth find their first jobs and use their free time productively

• Adults find support, and exercise their bodies and minds

• Inbetweeners share their talents and wisdom with others

• Seniors find friends and explore their creativity

We provide free and low cost programming to people of all ages and stages, and strive to create a Center that reflect the communities we serve, where everyone feels empowered and included.
